Founded in the fall of 2022, Van’s Cozy Canines was created with one goal in mind: to provide pets and their owners with the care, support, and peace of mind they truly deserve.

I’m passionate about the love people have for their animals, and I’m honored to care for your pets while you’re away—whether it’s a vacation, a sports tournament, a family celebration, or just a weekend getaway. I offer a cozy, home-like environment where your dog will receive daily attention, affection, and personalized care.

Located in Marion, I am now running my dog business full time and LOVING it. I am able to give your pet the constant care and companionship they need. In addition to in-home boarding, I also offer drop-in visits (up to 4 times a day, depending on your location).

Finn is our large European Doberman, just 3 years old, and a familiar presence among our boarding pups. He gets along wonderfully with dogs of all breeds and sizes. Finn loves to play with pups who are eager to join in, but he’s respectful of those who prefer their own space. Since he’s very toy-motivated, his favorite activity is a good game of fetch.

For your peace of mind, I am fully licensed, insured and certified in pet First Aid and CPR for both dogs and cats. I am also able to administer medications, including insulin.  Your pet’s safety and happiness are my top priorities.
